JM&A Group's Career Development Program (CDP) is an entry-level management training program designed to provide qualified individuals with the dealership experience in sales and finance and insurance (F&I) necessary to perform successfully in a Field Sales position.
Sales Phase Responsibilities
You will be placed in a dynamic dealership setting for 12-15 months to learn the craft of automobile sales where you will be charged with the responsibility of a monthly vehicle sales quota.
Finance and Insurance Phase Responsibilities
You will be placed in a fast-paced dealership setting for 18-24 months, to learn the craft of F&I. During this time, you will be charged with the responsibility of learning how to handle a customer’s financial transaction from beginning to end, including the sale of F&I products, and relationship-building skills with dealer upper management and lending institutions.
