Performance Development Center (PDC)
Informed and effective salespeople are the most important
asset in a dealership’s success. JM&A Group knows
that ongoing training plays a critical part in preparing dealership
staff for the competitive challenges of the automobile industry,
as well as keeping employees abreast of the ever changing
laws and regulations.
For more than a quarter of a century, JM&A Group has
been there for automobile dealers, offering profit-producing
solutions and CSI improvement. One of those solutions has
been the creation of JM&A Group's Performance Development
Center, commonly known as the PDC. Started in 1997 to support
the training needs of the F&I area, the PDC began with
seven associates conducting 3-5 classes per month. Today,
the PDC has over 45 professional training-related associates,
with over 200 years of combined retail experience. With two
state-of-the-art training facilities in Deerfield Beach, FL
and St. Louis, MO, the PDC conducts approximately 100 seminars
per month, training over 9,100 students per year. The PDC
maintains a cutting edge training and consulting environment
that inspires our students - your staff - to become high performing
professionals.
