Jim McDavid is Vice President, North America Sales for JM&A Group (JM&A).  In this position, McDavid has responsibility for the direction and leadership of JM&A’s sales force of more than 300 sales professionals. He also oversees the strategic planning of sales-related initiatives, as well as sales administration.

Since joining JM&A in 1988, McDavid has worked in various positions for the company, including district manager, regional manager, divisional sales manager, divisional manager, zone manager and area manager. Prior to joining JM&A, McDavid broke into the automotive retail industry as a salesman in Toyota City in Birmingham, Alabama.  Later he worked his way through the ranks at  Metropolitan Toyota and Coker Mazda, both in Mobile, Alabama, where he held positions as lease manager, F&I manager, sales manager, and general sales manager.
